Jenny Davidson

Jenny joined BESTrustees in 2020 and is a highly accomplished Reward Director and Pension Trustee with extensive pensions experience, advising and influencing Committees and Boards in a number of complex organisations across a variety of different industries.

Jenny’s pensions experience has been gained in a range of different capacities from administration, Pensions Manager, Secretary to the Trustees, Pension Trustee, Pensions Consultant and Reward Director, so she is able to consider pensions from multiple different view-points.

Jenny enjoys the roles of pension trustee and governance committee Chair. She previously acted as an employer-nominated Trustee for the DB and DC hybrid Pension Schemes at DXC and Dixons Carphone, both with over £1.5bn of assets. Her portfolio of professional trustee appointments currently includes the Aon MasterTrust and a number of sole trustee appointments.

Jenny is an accredited professional trustee with the APPT and a fellow of the Pensions Management Institute. Away from Pensions, she enjoys enjoys walking her two dogs, building lego and travelling.
