Jay joined BESTrustees in 2026 after over 25 years as a professional consultant to UK defined benefit pension schemes.

Before joining BESTrustees, Jay was Head of Governance at Isio, having previously held the same role at Premier Pensions Management Limited prior to its acquisition by Isio. He specialised in strategic governance advice, supporting Trustee Boards as Secretary, advising Companies, and working as an Outsourced Pensions Manager.

Jay is known for being highly organised, delivery‑driven, and building strong, trusted client relationships.

Living in the South East, Jay enjoys golf (with enthusiasm more than skill), Bollywood films and music, and spending time with loved ones.
