Ella Wesbroom

Ella began her career as a Recruiter in the Cyber Security industry, and was part of the founding team.

In her first year as a Recruiter, she onboarded 6 new clients and placed a variety of individuals across Sales, Technical Sales and Marketing. However, she soon realised her passion lied in Business and Sales Operations and pivoted into a new role as Head of Sales Operations. In her two years in this role, she successfully implemented a CRM system, and managed everything from Operations, to Marketing, Finance and HR.

Ella holds a BASc in Creative Digital Media from the University of Greenwich. Away from the office she enjoys reading (she has a goal of 52 books read in 2024), cooking, travelling and experiencing new cultures. She is very excited to dive into her new responsibilities at BESTrustees and is looking forward to challenging and developing herself in this new industry.
