BESTrustees is delighted to announce that the recruitment of Miki Fairfax as a professional trustee. Miki joined the firm on 1 December.
Miki has a deep knowledge of the financial markets, with a background in economics, and more recently has become involved with defined benefit pension schemes. Her expertise was initially gained by working on the trading floor and specialising in derivatives prior to advising on financial risk management strategies for property and private equity companies, and then as Director of Finance and Banking for a fund manager investing in real estate across UK and Central Europe.
Miki now has a portfolio career, including Trustee of Uppingham School where she is Chair of the Investments sub-Committee and member of the Pensions Committee. She is also part time COO for a PR & Marketing company, adviser to North Capital Management on their real estate investments and Finance Director for the family-owned diversified family estate.
