The team : Jo Osborne

Joanne Osborne is BESTrustees Office Manager and PA to the Managing Director.  Joanne has worked for BESTrustees since August 2006 and worked her way up from Secretary to her current position.

After leaving Ward & Partners Estate Agents where she was awarded Top Secretary out of 36 offices, Joanne has over 15 years experience as a professional secretary and office administrator. 

At BESTrustees she is responsible for the smooth running of the office, secretarial and administration support to our schemes and clients, invoicing, company accounts, database management, staff CPD, producing the Managing Directors reports and advertising.
