The team : Graham Wardle (Director)
Graham joined BESTrustees as an Associate in 2006, he became a Director in January 2008. This followed a 30-year career at Mercer Human Resource Consulting where he was responsible for some of their largest clients. He was a trustee of the MMC UK Pension Fund, the £2bn pension scheme for UK employees of Marsh, Mercer and associated companies.
At Mercer Graham worked with the trustees of a wide range of occupational pension schemes, in terms of both size and degree of maturity, across many different industries. He was also involved in the development and presentation of trustee training courses and seminars on pensions' issues for Mercer clients.
In addition to a wide knowledge of the general issues affecting trustees, Graham has considerable experience in strategic pension benefit reviews, scheme mergers, reviews of asset strategy, investment management structures and investment manager selection.
Graham's BESTrustees clients include Panasonic, London Chamber of Commerce and Kenwake pension schemes.
