The team : Hollie Buchanan

Hollie Buchanan is BESTrustees Assistant Secretary. Hollie joined BESTrustees plc in December 2009 after successfully completing a two year secretarial course at college. She is responsible for all administrative duties within the office and works closely alongside the Secretary and Office Manager.  She deals with in-house supplies, organises diary management and meetings.

Hollie previously worked at a local leisure centre as a receptionist for a year during her education.  This involved general customer service, booking of courses & facilities, answering the telephone and all reception duties.  She left to pursue her career incorporating her college course knowledge and to work in London.  She successfully passed a City and Guilds diploma and is a great asset to our bright, vibrant team.
